Authentic and motivating
Jordan either does or should have a background in psychology because he sees straight through people to get to the real root of their fitness struggles or anxieties. Easily my favorite fitness podcast, not because he’s dolling our workouts or diets, but because he’s loving people where they’re at to help them get to where they want to be, FIRST mentally and then physically. Can’t love this enough!!
