“I am 52 years young and am on the cusp of menopause dealing with perimenopausal symptoms. I started eating in a calorie deficit/tracking calories/macros in February of this year and am down 45 lbs as of today. This with the fact that I have rheumatoid arthritis and have had double knee replacements. I get in AT LEAST 10k steps daily just because I’m a busy body. Nothing more than that right now.
