“Hi Jenna ,
My name is Arianna and I am a month we of one very spirited 7yr old girl. I have so much to say, so I’ll try and keep it short.
When my daughter was very small I decided to leave my husband and found myself, a single mother as well as a new one. Your podcast opened my eyes and heart to past experiences and my feelings around and helped me to see my worth ( Even though at the time I couldn’t)
My yoga practice has done for me what following Jesus has done for you. I am not as much of a religious person as I am spiritual but I have a routine and meditation practice that sounds a lot like your bible practice .
Lastly, I love how you come at motherhood and being a woman, as well as, all the other hats that we as women wear, from a very nurturing and compassionate place in your heart. This is really what I have been looking for this kind of podcast in my life.
