London-based Jazz Musician, Singer, Composer, Producer and Multi-Instrumentalist Emma-Jean Thackray joins The Junk and Jam Hour live, on-air all the way from London, to talk all about her journey in music; being blessed with the support of her parents who helped her forge an early music career; and honing her craft by playing in jazz ensembles and bands – all at the age of 16 – immersing herself in gigs and rehearsals every single night of the school-week.
She also shares and discusses her incredible music as well, from her first full-length album, entitled ‘Yellow’ -- which has been praised as, "...a life-affirming collection of music." They include the lead track 'Say Something', and ‘Spectre’ – a song which London Jazz News called, "...a smoldering stand-out track with a pop production.”
