“I’ve never had success with csrbs im my diet . Every time I add them refeed diet breaks etc it was tough to get back on the diet train . After eliminating them for a week everything for better , sleep ,cravings etc, needed to up my fats a little - “keto bricks “ to the rescue as I primarily eat the same lean meats daily. Got things dialed in now and now preparing for a BB show . Also purchased Robert’s Book with a clear blueprint on how to approach peak week etc .”
