Glad there’s another way
I’ve never had success with csrbs im my diet . Every time I add them refeed diet breaks etc it was tough to get back on the diet train . After eliminating them for a week everything for better , sleep ,cravings etc, needed to up my fats a little - “keto bricks “ to the rescue as I primarily eat the same lean meats daily. Got things dialed in now and now preparing for a BB show . Also purchased Robert’s Book with a clear blueprint on how to approach peak week etc .

I was a fan until you had the skinny chef on. Although you questioned her low caloric diet you still made this episode available to others to listen to. Someone who does kick boxing and working out 6 times a week the reason she is getting a belling is her body thinks she’s in starvation mode....Read full review »

I just found this podcast and listened to all of the episodes. As a powerlifter, I've struggled with diet, how to be satiated. It's good to learn that I've been on the right track with a ketogenic diet, which is how I feel best!Read full review »
