Description
Andrew transformed his life after serving time in prison for firearms and substance trafficking. He shares his background of having no strong father figure, falling into gang life, and the eventual incarceration at 25. He discovered yoga through a fellow inmate, which became a turning point in his life. Andrew is now the president of 'Karma Teachers,' a nonprofit organization dedicated to yoga teacher training. He reminds us of the importance of finding purpose, structure, and community support in overcoming the past and fostering personal growth.
