TKG 009: Fifty Shades of Grey – The Kinky Geeks
Listen now
Description
The Kinky Geeks decided to check out the recently release movie adaptation of the book “Fifty Shade of Grey.” To put it mildly, they were not pleased. Miko and Ophilia talk about the things they thought the movie did right (yes, there were a few) and the things they did wrong. This episode is nothing but spoilers as every scene is discussed. It’s also their honest and unfiltered opinion. This is less a review than a sharing of what these geeky kinksters experienced while watching the movie. They discuss everything from lack of consent to questionable impact play technique, there were lots they couldn’t turn a blind eye to. While “Fifty Shades” was not their cup of tea, that doesn’t mean others can’t find it hot and sexy. If you do and you’re new to BDSM, we just suggest you don’t use the movie for anything other than the fantasy it provides. If you’d like to try this at home do some research, start slowly, learn what you like and don’t like, use communication and consent, and be risk aware.
