“Let’s face it. Based on the trainers he’s put out over the years, he’s proved all of his training methods work. If the before and after photos weren’t enough, he went to give videos of his entire journey.
This podcast series is pretty legit and full of great information. So far I have no complaints. Kris sticks to his points and really knows how to talk to people as if he were talking to specifically you. All the tips he’s provided so far are great and can be applied to the every day regimen.
1) Kris, can you please talk about how people can hop off being stuck in the “cutting” cycle? I have friends who are constantly saying they will get shredded and they never do, what can be done?
2) What are your opinions about Ketosis and using that as a method of losing weight. Have you ever tried or know anyone that has done it?
3) What are your thoughts on the classic physique divisions that are coming up? Do you plan to create a classic physique program? What should someone do to obtain that classic physique?
