“As always great knowledge and tips. On the reverse dieting episode the increasing carb portion was a little confusing. You stated to increase 50 grams daily for the first week then 100 grams the following week. So is that 50 grams of carbs or 50 grams on the scale? Also for the reduction of cardio how do go about bringing down the frequency, as in how do we go from double cardio everyday to single cardio a day? I did really enjoy the food tips and healthy recipes to curb those cravings!”
