No one better to cut through all the bs in the fitness industry than Kris Gethin! Awesome podcast! Kris, in regards to your Muscle Builder trainer, the ratios for the macros are 30%P/50%C/20%F (Training day). How come you don’t use the generic 1-1.5g per lb of lean body weight to calculate the protein? Thanks Michael

I love hearing all of Kris’s tips, tricks and inspirational podcast episodes. He is super inspirational and has a no BS attitude that is very refreshing. My only suggestion is bring on other interesting speakers for Q&A sessions and open dialogue. Loving it!
