  WMAL GUEST: 6:35 AM - INTERVIEW - TUMAY HARDING -   (too-my) - on her bid for a special election in VA this weekend Tumay Harding, a Loudoun County schools activist who ran unsuccessfully for county supervisor last year. In the 32nd District, both parties will conduct a firehouse primary, also known as an “unassembled caucus,” in which voters cast their ballots and leave; they do not have to stay for multiple rounds of voting, as is required with a traditional caucus.
