How odd and wonderful it is to discover someone like Jill Lapore. Broadly read, so curious and a compelling presenter. And apparently a great writer as well. Episodes are long enough to flesh out an idea but are also tightly edited.

Very appreciative of this new podcast show. Have greatly enjoyed the others from Pushkin Industries, and am eagerly awaiting future episodes of this latest one, to add to my knowledge and understanding in yet another realm of human endeavor.

I thought I’d love the mix of true crime and murder mystery, but it tells more like an over dramatic murder mystery than true crime. I do like her voice, but the other voice actors make it too dramatic. If I could, I’d give it 1 and a half stars. As said in other reviews, not for hardcore true...Read full review »
