“I have been reading Davids Bach’s personal finance books for years and love his style. Other financial gurus are very tyrannical- if you don’t do XYZ you’re a moron (yes I’m looking at you Suze Orman and David Ramsey). David explains things to you in layman’s terms and doesn’t guilt you into doing the right thing. He makes you think about your values and whether they are in alignment with what you’re doing with your money, so at that point it only makes sense you take over your financial future. The podcast is great and Grant Sabatier is a great cohost who asks all the right questions. Although he’s enjoyed success for decades he’s still very much in tune with peoples current struggles in this economy (rising cost of living, student debt etc)”
