Description
Presenter, rugby player and Love Island winner, Greg O'Shea is my guest on today's show.
Trigger warning: I am so grateful to Greg for his honesty in our chat. I truly believe what he has to say about asking for help when he encountered his own mental health struggles will be massively helpful to many people, particularly men, but it is important to note this conversation involves discussion about suicidal feelings. Greg's story is his own. But a note as well that any changes to prescribed medication should be done under medical supervision.
For any advice or help the HSE have a full list of mental health services and supports on their website.
Greg and I also chatted about him *casually* turning down six figure endorsement deal, his one Love Island regret, and how he's always been babied by all the women in his life, ah bless.
I’m delighted that this season of The Laughs of your Life is once again brought to you by F&F, fashion at Tesco. Pop in for the weekly shop and step out in style with a new wardrobe this autumn/winter.
