GREAT ADVICE!
These podcasts sound like a conversation with a friend, but these guys really are experts in their field and they have some good advice and perspectives. I really liked how some difficult issues are addressed (e.g. the tough curve in law school, stress, exams, depression, etc.), but in a way that made all of these things seem normal and okay. The best part is, they debunk some common 1L misconceptions (e.g. you need a study group, it’s all about the competition, you need to look for a job from day one, etc.). I thought this was a really fresh take on the typical law school advice, and it led me to some really great materials on the blog portion of their website as well.
