Jonny Mortimer-Hendry is a retired Captain from the British Army. He served with the 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment as a Platoon Commander, deploying to Afghanistan on Herrick XIII in 2010. He moved to UK SFSG [1 PARA] on promotion to Captain and returned back to Afghanistan with his new unit.
