“I have been listening for about a year. This is the best resource an EA can have in their arsenal. I just finished episode #180. The Good, The Bad, The Ugly. This was an amazing episode!!! I’ve been an Assistant for 25 years. I’ve certainly had my fair share of amazing executives as well as the not so great leaders. This episode took me back, remember the good and the bad times. The lesson learned is spot-on with what Jeremy reaffirmed in this episode. You are a valued member of the team, and you are a valuable human being. Everyone deserves to be valued and happy in their work environment. If you are not, it is time to give your skills to an organization and executive who will treat you with respect.”
