We veered away from sports for a very special episode on diet culture.  Nicole is solo - Natalie had a family emergency - as we welcome psychologist, author, and founder of The Anti-Diet Plan, Alexis Conason!  Diet culture has been a driving force in society for decades and it's time we talk about it more openly and get to the root of why, and more importantly how, to stop it. 

Does parenthood change athletic performance on the field? Both Carson Wentz and Patrick Mahomes went into their slumps after their babies were born!  Are we too negative?  Natalie reveals her secret football team, Nicole talks about why she's rooting for the Braves in The World Series, and we ask the important question - why aren’t baseball players marketed better? Is Nick Sirianni REALLY Ted Lasso? The girls talk about what they’re watching on TV and if they are dressing up for Halloween!

Needless to say Zach Ertz is a legend in Philadelphia, and we are still emotional about his trade to the Cardinals.  Lisa was kind enough to sit down and talk about Zach, his NFL journey, raising 4 boys as a single mom, what Philly means to him, and how you can help the Ertz Family Foundation's mission.  She also talks about what it's like being the mother-in-law to one of the greatest women's soccer players in the world aka Julie Ertz!  What a family!  

This week Natalie and Nicole are joined by Rhea Hughes, original member of the Sportsradio 94 WIP Angelo Cataldi and the Morning Show and fellow Philly gal.
