“I am a big fan of South Asian literature written in English and now more and more in translation. Since I’m not desi and I live in the US it’s hard to find recommendations for authors to try beyond just browsing goodreads, Amazon.in pages, and some international publishers sites with Indian imprints and hope for the best. I always love hearing Indian readers and authors talk about the literary scene in India and it’s always cool when our interests and literary touchstones overlap. Can’t wait to binge listen the back episodes.”
