Thoughtful and illuminating
I love these podcasts. I appreciate the way in which Jon Ward listens and draws out the guest, giving them a chance to tell their stories and be present in the episode. It’s a relief to me when the host guides and directs my attention to the hard work done by the interviewee. He creates an atmosphere of generous conversation: generous listening, questioning, and finding common ground.
