Had to turn off…here is why
Firstly the episode about women running postpartum. Did I seriously hear the interviewer laugh when the lady who said she couldn’t run well after her baby had incontinence issues? I’m pretty sure I did hear a laugh. The girl who is being interviewed I don’t really think took the position she has found herself in seriously and this is making a mockery of women who have incontinence issues after pregnancy. I speak for mummy runners in the main however this applies to non-runners also. If you’re going to be interviewed about this incredibly common issue which has been cursed for many years is something we cannot discuss in public then at least take it seriously. As a mummy runner who has incontinence issues I’m sorry but the podcast had to be turned off. also the fact that you want to turn ultra running into ultra hiking?! Definitely won’t be listening again
