“I am so glad I found this podcast. It has provided some sweet sweet relief for this new mom. I savored each of the episodes and saved them for the late night feedings. 3 am can be quite lonely, and hearing Hillary and the women who were interviewed often took the edge off of that lonliness. There are plenty of podcasts and websites and books that give you information and strategies, but this is not one of those podcasts - it talks about the heart part of new motherhood, not the brain part. I have not found anything else out there that is this honest when it comes to discussing the magic and challenges of the first few months of new motherhood. I wish there were 100 episodes.”
