“Was excited to find a podcast to discuss the lore of 40K. What I found was a bunch of guys finding an excuse to broadcast their gross sexist and homophobic “jokes”.
At first I thought I was mis-hearing the odd whispered comments. Then I assumed it was addressed. Then, after a particularly disgusting rant against the Space Wolves(?), I had to turn it off. Unsubscribed.
At best, the hosts are just reading the lore to the audience. Not exactly compelling. They are often terribly wrong about the info, and their research is mostly half-remembered theories and rumors.
To the hosts: Whether you are making the homophobic remarks or laughing at them, you are part of the problem. Try to be better people in the future.”
