“It’s hard to write this, because I want to like this podcast, but I just can’t. It’s awful. All three hosts bring their own personal brand of garbage to the table: Chris Ryan and Juliet Litman are both without their better halves (Andy Greenwald and Dave Jacoby), and end up just cranking up the annoyance factor to unfathomable levels. As for Sharp, I don’t know what’s left to say. The guy just doesn’t have it. Nothing he says is interesting.
It’s all (pretty terrible) jokes, dumb references, and air horns, with the slightest sprinkling of actual information thrown in at the last second. I understand it’s supposed to be a fun, loose podcast, but jesus, a few minutes of legitimate discussion might be nice.
If you like listening to trio-de-doofus jerk each other off for 45 minutes, give it a listen. If not, skip it and listen to the Lowe Post or The Starters.
