“This story is amazing. Volly is such a creative and lovely DM, her storytelling is everything I hope to be as a DM. Arch (Lafian) is incredibly invested in his character and you can feel that in his gameplay. Neil (Rhal) is a bundle of joy at every turn, even when things are dark for his character (which is most of the time, but we love Raal). Ey þór(Squash) brings lessons about reality to this podcast and reminds us that we are never truly alone. And Casey? Both Casey and her character Zaltana are absolutely amazing. They make me feel brave even when I’m crying.
So, definitely give this podcast a shot! It has lots of lovely side characters as well, great puns and and even better (muscle) guns <3”

“The Lucky Die is not the first actual play podcast I have listened to, but it is one of the only that I have stuck with beyond the first few episodes. The dm and her players hit the emotional beats beautifully while keeping up with the action and combat that keep the story moving.”
