Surprised
I actually started listening to Mark Driscoll again after going through the Christianity today series about Mars Hill. I remember listening to podcasts from Mars Hill back in the early 2000s and getting a lot out of them, and was shocked and dismayed when things fell apart. I found that instead of turning me completely off, as I believe the CT podcast was intended to do, I ended up seeking out his new material. I have always appreciated Driscoll’s no nonsense approach, there is no need to clarify, just say what the Bible says and don’t apologize for it.
