“I absolutely love this story! It's one of those that you read and then end up thinking about or even dreaming about that night! It's well written and the characters are presented in a way that makes you feel their emotions. You feel like you know them, or someone like them.
My only complaint would be the reading of the book. There are pauses in sentences where there shouldn't be pauses, and it drove me nuts at times. But it's all about the story, and as others who reviewed this book have said you get past the authors stop and go reading style because you're so engrossed in the story itself.
I listen to a lot of podiobooks and I have to say that this is really one of the best I've heard two years of listening.”
