Flabbergasted
Looked into this podcast after hearing his interview with Tucker in early Sept ‘24. I’ve been a WW2 buff for decades and his perspective on Churchill’s England really caused me to go back and re-evaluate some things that had always bothered me. I actually went home after hearing it and told my wife about it as she and I had previously discussed the very same conclusion ourselves; that the policies of the British resulted in a prolonged conflict. Doesn’t stop me from loving the man nor does it make me any less patriotic and I’ll always believe that the ‘good guys’ were victorious over the ‘bad guys’ ultimately. I’m quite excited to listen to the upcoming series on WW2 if it’s offered on Apple, as my poor life choices prevent me from catapulting any paywalls for the near future. Regardless of this, I am enjoying, and shall continue to enjoy, the incredible quality (and quantity!) of free material that is available here and would like to give my encouragement to the host for his dedication and hard work that has resulted in this top notch podcast. One last thing - anyone with at least a third grade education should’ve understood his point regarding Churchill, and did so. I was totally unaware of the fuss it had caused (guess I’m one of the ‘lucky ones’ ha!) until I heard about it on the Sept 8, ‘24 release here, but I’m not in the least surprised. How anyone could have actually listened and paid attention to that interview’s context and come away with any of these ridiculous conclusions only demonstrates the intellectual deficiencies that characterize this modern age….the largest contributing factor to this being that no one muses on things anymore…or these folks didn’t listen at all but just commented on comments. Dummies. Awesome Podcast. Top shelf and NOT for dummies. IMPORTANT WARNING: requires attention span / open mind preferred

Darryl's show is one of the deepest most thought provoking shows out there - he's been compared to Dan Carlin, and for a great reason. It's an excellent show about a difficult subject matter, done in a way that really changes the way you think about the middle east. Highly recommended!
