If you've watched any TV lately, there's no doubt that the holidays are almost here. The never-ending number of commercials is just one of the obvious clues. I can tell by the number of teases for the latest holiday baking shows on the Food Network. I must admit, while I do love this time of year, my waistline doesn't.
