Required practice and pre-round listening
I highly recommend this series. There are episodes that fit well with where you are and what you need at any given point before you tee it up. Setting reasonable expectations and putting yourself into them definitely is a key to making golf more enjoyable. We may be playing competitively with others for pride, a little side action, or for titles. No matter who the opponent is, the usual battle is within and the struggle is real. Josh does a great job and teaches us that a round of golf is a series of individual thoughts, choices, and shots. Knowing this, it is easier to hit the reset button, accept results and go to the next shot, leaving some angst behind you.

I enjoy the podcast, and usually listen on way to a round. I enjoy the mental part of the game. Just a smidgen away from a 5 star rating, but I gave it to him for putting himself out there! Keep bringing it, and I don’t mind hearing about your personal rounds
