JAMIE & ROSS Discuss Lucas Herbert‘s PGA Tour Win & Health, Stress, Wellbeing & Golf | TMMG PODCAST EP48
Description
Herby, Health & Wellbeing
by Ross
In a strange way, the topics in this Podcast are somewhat connected.
How can discussing the win of Australias rising PGA Tour Star be connected to health, wellbeing and happiness?
Well, for me after observing somewhat closely just how Lucas Herbert has gone about the process of gaining a PGA Tour Card and then winning on his 3rd start as a full member I have witnessed a young man who understands want he wants and how is going to go about achieving it.
In those observations, I have watched Lucas put many of his wellbeing needs and personal happiness factors clearly at the fore, as well as the enjoyment factor of those on his team.
So after being confronted with some personal health alarms maybe it is time to take a leaf out of Herbie's book and put my / your own needs first.
Understanding what levers and triggers are currently pushing your buttons and potentially limiting or impacting your performance is paramount. Herby knows what he needs and some of that has come with making some sacrifices.
Don't let it go too late before your own needs get out of hand and potentially hold you back from achieving what may be just ahead of you.
Look after your health and it is surely one of the keys to better golf.
PLEASE don't forget to join us on the journey to bridging the gap between potential and performance.
