HARRY McKAY - CARLTON FC 2021 COLEMAN MEDAL WINNER & AFL ALL AUSTRALIAN TEAM   As a key position forward for Carlton, Harry McKay by his own admission needed to turn his goalkicking form around after 2020. With the advice and support of his brother Ben McKay (EP 44) Harry reached out to Jamie to see if they could make a connection as Harry aimed to put a stake in the ground and move forward. Whilst the Blues showed a renewed commitment but finished outside the finals, Harry was able to put into practice his training along with his work with Jamie achieving the accolade of the AFL Competitions leading goalkicker and was also awarded selection in the prestigious AFL All Australian Team. Here we chat to Harry about his approach to his goal kicking and understanding how mental performance training as an elite AFL athlete has benefitted his performance.
