“Make no mistake, Michael is here to sell! Be it his latest workshop or a business he owns, the purpose of this podcast is to sell.
The “experts” he hosts on the show are either his employees or his mates. He spruiks the kind of properties he owns. This podcast is aimed at the uninformed investor, who will listen to his words then pay for his services. A sophisticated investor won’t get much value from this podcast in today’s environment, there’s just so much better information around.
If you want a less biased podcast, check out The Property Couch or The Smart Property Investment Show. Both are less biased and much more informative.
On a positive note, his mindset minute is excellent. The podcast is worth a listen for this if nothing else. Also, he seems like a really nice guy.”
