“Ok confession time - I am new to the mid-life podcasts (but not new to midlife itself) and obviously have a lot of episodes to catch up on.
I’ve been laughing, nodding, shouting yes and crying in equal measure, although the session with Kenny on the rugby cup challenge was so emotional and poignant. Having had a father, uncle and cousin (the teacher at Brighton) die of MND it was a tough but beautiful episode. Thank you Gabby & Kenny ❤️”
