“It’s been approximately 10 days since I found Dr. Turknett on podcast. I binge listened, bought the book, gave up abortives and started the low carb diet within the first two days (this has been a sacrifice as I’m a vegetarian and live primarily on whole grains and legumes). I have had migraines for over 25 years. I’ve been on numerous medications both preventatives and abortives with varying success. Additionally over the years I’ve been on elimination diets which have only led to frustration and to feel as if I’m searching for a constantly moving needle in a hay stack. I’m early in my Migraine Miracle journey but I’m hopeful. I’ve had only one migraine day in these 10 days which is a vast improvement from my baseline. I’m aware of placebo affects and am maintaining a reasoned optimism. Dr Turknett makes sense and I appreciate his thoughtful and personalized approach. I hope to be in a better place soon.
