The perfect complement to your Japanese (self-)studies
I‘ve been self-studying Japanese for almost two years. However, keeping motivated while having a demanding full-time job can be tough sometimes. When I found Miku-sensei on YouTube last year, I felt a surge of motivation. Her grammar videos are entertaining and fun to learn with. As I‘m self-studying, my speaking and listening skills are not as good as my reading skill. I watch Anime and Japanese drama, but it’s often too fast, too colloquial or too specific for me to understand and that’s kind of demotivating. Which is why this podcast might be a real game-changer for me :) I listened to the first episodes and I was surprised how much I did understand. And even if I don’t, at least I get the context sometimes. And at least for me, it really helps that her voice is so pleasant to listen to. So 5 stars for the whole Miku-sensei experience :)

More reviews of The Miku Real Japanese Podcast
I really love Miku sensei’s new podcast. I’ve been trying to find for a long time a Japanese language podcast suitable for a learner like myself - most have too much English or are too formal. I like the natural, but comprehensible conversation and its delivered with a sense of wit and fun.
