Loved the coaching call with a medical personal and focusing on accountability yet chart the daily grind of how stress during the day maybe the trigger point for overeating. The greatest benefit was it is a journey and to look at the days to see how they are affecting the weight results. Secondly, loved the interview with Michael Hyatt as I am a fan, too. Looking forward to seeing you at Steve Olshers Program. I released 50 intentionally. Then stress and my opening my mouth put back on 20. The yo yo has refused to scale down.
