Anabell knows exactly what she’s doing to help you reach your highest self in all aspects. I found Anabell through Instagram when someone I follow shared her short video from an part of the podcast. I literally cried because everything she said is how I felt. I knew instantly I needed to work with her after binging her podcast. She’s real, she’s raw, and she’s relatable. She speaks her truth, she lets you know it’s okay to not be okay some days. It’s been about 8 or so months since I worked with her and my life hasn’t been the same, for the better.
