The life update podcast was my first one of yours I listened to, but it seems like you expect podcast listeners to know your story already maybe from following your IG stories? It would be great if you treated them as separate entities and still explained things. For example you allude to back surgery/recovery a lot in this pod epi… but what happened? What surgery did you have? I felt really lost listening to the pod because I haven’t kept up with IG/IG stories ☹️”
