Are Afghans open to the gospel? This week on The Missions Podcast, Alex and Scott sit down with David, a Live Global missionary working with Afghan refugees in the United States who are ministering to their own people. Together they discuss some of the historical, cultural, and religious conflicts of modern day Afghanistan, how Afghan refugees got connected with ABWE, and how God is orchestrating miraculous connections that are leading Afghan people to himself.
David (name changed for security purposes) is a missionary with Live Global living and working in the western United States. He and his wife have extensive experience working with displaced peoples and help lead the Afghan Initiative, which is joint effort by ABWE ministries Live Global and EveryEthne to reach Afghan people in the United States with the gospel.
This week's Overtime discusses the challenges that Afghans face in migrating to the United States and what our call as Christians should be in response to the political and social challenges of immigration.
