Mayada Badr is a renowned Saudi chef and entrepreneur who studied at Parsons School of Design and Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. For the last 4 years, she’s been the CEO of the Culinary Arts Commission under the Ministry of Culture in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining the Commission, she worked as the Creative Executive Chef for Black Cardamom restaurant and opened multiple locations of Pink Camel, where she flexes pastry skills she learned in France. She’s on a mission to share the flavors of Saudi with the world. In this heartfelt episode, she shares her ingredients to a happy, well-balanced life.
