Description
Rawan Bajsair is a Saudi board-certified art therapist and psychotherapist, a visual artist, and an author. For over a decade, she's helped children and adults tackle trauma, anxiety, and depression through art, play and talk therapy. She holds a BS in Art Therapy from Lesley University and an MA in Art Therapy from NYU. Today with Mo, she delves into the profound effects of unprocessed trauma, common parenting mistakes, and the overdiagnosis of ADHD. COVID and social media have exacerbated feelings of loneliness and increased the demand for therapy.
