A few years ago, Kyle Rowe helped to write the the first dockless bikeshare framework in the U.S. when he was at the Seattle Department of Transportation. As the Global Head of Government Partnerships at Spin, today Kyle works with the public sector on continuing to bring micromobility services to the public.
