Anne-Marie Flammersfeld (Extreme Athlete) Anne-Marie Flammersfeld is a German ultra runner and extreme athlete. She is a member of the German national team for ultra trail running, the world record holder for the fastest female ascent and descent of Kilimanjaro. In 2012, She was the first woman to win the Racing The Planet 4 Deserts Series. In that year, she ran 250 kilometres across four deserts – the driest, the windiest, the hottest, and the coldest in the world.
