I also love the domestic arts and podcasts, but have really struggled with “homemaker” content in podcasts and social media because it often has overtones that I don’t agree with (that sometimes make me go “wait, what?” when a “the man is in charge” idea gets slipped in). I collect Martha Stewart Living, cool, bake, knit, and sew, because these things make me happy and because I want to live in a cozy, tidy(ish) home. I’m excited to keep listening!”
