Great direction for an overlooked audience
In my work as a DEI facilitator and consultant, I often see managers who are expected to be “all things” but don’t get the training and support to do it well. While we can challenge our organizations to do this differently, this podcast serves as a helpful guide for mid-level managers to build their people and management skills along the way.
