“I originally posted the below after listening to episodes 1 - 4 and was a little frustrated by the sponsor advert in the middle. This actually stopped in either episode 5 or 6 and I am very pleased about that.
Equally the content is getting better I am now on episode 12 and considering signing up for he membership so that I can use it within my team and share with my manager and also my team leaders.
Therefore I have updated from a 3 Star to a 4 Star rating.

I came across Maime’s podcast after she was a guest on coaching for leaders. Her book Momentum about meetings interested me and I thought I would give the podcast a try.
I’m up to episode 4 and I am very frustrated by the Sanebox advert that cuts into the middle of the podcast. I appreciate sponsorship may be required, but I would perhaps start the podcast with it rather than stick it halfway through. I listening whilst walking my dog, so can easily fast forward so it has not frustrated me enough to switch off, but if I were listening in the car it might. My other concern is around the vocabulary have an impact on how people will view the authenticity of the information. Perhaps it’s because I am a Brit but the use of Rockstar Manager in business it not something I hear and it makes me think of some surfer dude!
Taking the criticism onboard, I am interested in the content of the podcast and how Maime has so far managed two podcasts about negative and positive approaches and is delving into the positive points as individual episodes. I will keep listening for now.”
