“I’ve been looking for a podcast just like this for years and I’m so happy I finally found it. As a new manager, I wanted to get advice and learn new skills so I could be the best manager I could be. Come to find out, this podcast is so much more, addressing issues like confidence, conflict resolution and career growth. All the podcasts about work that I’d found previously were either men-focused (which is fine, but women have other, different struggles) or entrepreneur-focused (which I have no desire to be). I’ve only listened to handful of episodes of this podcast so far and have forwarded several to friends and colleagues. Highly recommend!”

“This podcast is usually pretty good. However in the latest episode about preparing for vacation, I was very disappointed in Mamie’s take on deciding how much work you’re going to do while on vacation - how often to check emails, how available you’ll be to colleagues, etc.
