“The weekly conversation is always interesting, but at times I feel John is far too deferential to Merryn. I get that she’s the boss but his thoughtful points are always valid. I also subscribe to RealVision and Hedgeye but this UK focused podcast is valuable. Even better if . . . Guest speaker slots can be increased to discuss themes like gold, currency or other topical items. James Ferguson piece was one dimensional and added very little to the debate.”

“Guests should speak more loudly or sit close to mike.
Host Merryn if possible should sit farther from mike or try to be less loud so that we can enjoy podcasts without being shouted at feeling.

“I must admit I find these pretty annoying, they clog up my timeline and misunderstand the whole ethos of podcasts which is long form as opposed to the sound bites we get bombarded with by mainstream media. The intermittent longer form podcast is fine (hence 3 stars)”
