“Please MW look at your audio production. Unless I am in a quiet room it is hard to hear. Audio is often too quiet and voices can be indistinct… then suddenly BOOM! John S is doing another advert and the audio level and quality is great, then Merryn is talking quietly to a guest, who is talking quietly back. If I am out cycling, even with maximum volume, I cannot hear it. This is only a problem for me with MW, so please, please, please get a sound engineer to look at it and sort you out.”
